Bookings are made through the Reservation Form.
Payment details will be provided at the end of the reservation form. The only confirmed booking is a paid booking. Please pay as soon as possible to ensure your bed is booked. We will confirm bookings as soon as we have processed your payment. Please reach out to the event stewards if you need to discuss alternative payment options.
The feast is capped at 100 people. Bookings will open for the first 100 people, thereafter we will deal with bookings on a case-by-case basis.

Full weekend
Includes Travelers’ fare; breakfast, lunch and feast on Saturday; breakfast on Sunday.
€85 – Full weekend – per Adult, with bed
€60 – Full weekend – per Under 12, with bed

Daytripping
Includes lunch and feast on Saturday.
€55 – Daytripping – per Adult
€15 – Daytripping – per Under 12
Non-members
There is an additional €5 payment for non-members.
